摘要
为了保证穿层钻孔的抽放效果同时达到节约材料的目的,通过ZKXG30矿用钻孔成像轨迹检测装置窥视穿层钻孔内部岩石特性,发现孔口以上小范围岩石裂隙发育,大部分裂隙不发育,根据钻孔内岩石裂隙的发育情况,对封孔方式进行改进,研制出金属推送杆和封孔管固定装置,利用穿层钻孔中岩石裂隙不发育段代替封孔管的一种新型封孔工艺,并与全程下封孔管封孔进行抽采效果对比,同样具有气密性良好,不漏气的特点,经过一个月的抽采统计,两种封孔工艺的钻孔抽采参数基本一致,可在相似瓦斯地质条件下推广应用。
In order to ensure the drainage effect and achieve the purpose of saving material,the borehole imaging ZKXG30 mine track detection device for internal characteristics of rock layer drilling peeping was applied,which found that,above the borehole,most fissures did not develop in spite of small range rock fissures. According to the development situation in drilling hole of rock fracture,the sealing method was improved and the metal push rod and the sealing tube fixing device were developed,and a new sealing technology was developed undeveloped rock fissures instead of sealing tube. The sealing effect was compared with the whole sealing tube,the new sealing technology showed good air tightness,no leakage,after a month drainage statistics,production parameters consistent with two kinds of drainage borehole sealing technology,the technology can be widely used under similar gas geological conditions.
