摘要
目的:比较液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法与微粒子酶联免疫(MEIA)法测定人血浆中地高辛浓度的差异。方法:分别采用LC-MS/MS法与MEIA法对质控样品及50例患者血浆样品中的地高辛浓度进行检测,采用配对t检验比较分析两种方法的检测结果。结果:质控样品检测结果显示,两种方法检测结果间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);50例患者血浆样品检测结果显示,MEIA法检测结果明显高于LC-MS/MS法,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:MEIA法检测结果与临床实际情况相比存在一定的差异,LC-MS/MS法更适于临床地高辛血药浓度的检测。
OBJECTIVE:To compare the methods of LC-MS/MS and MEIA for the determination of digoxin concentrations in human plasma. METHODS:The concentration of digoxin in standard controls and samples from 50 patients were respectively determined by LC-MS/MS and MEIA methods,and the results obtained by the two methods were analyzed using paired t test. RESULTS:There was no statistical difference between the data of standard controls by LC-MS/MS and MEIA methods(P0.05).However,the results of 50 samples from patients showed that MEIA data were significantly higher than LC-MS/MS data,there was statistically significant difference(P0.01). CONCLUSIONS:There is considerable variation between MEIA data and practical data. Compared with the MEIA,LC-MS/MS is more suitable for clinical determination of digoxin plasma concentration.
