摘要
目的探析口腔正畸进行牙周病致前牙移位治疗的临床效果.方法：收治52 例牙周病致前牙移位患者,均采用口腔正畸治疗.结果：所有患者的前牙移位均得到有效改善,有效率为100%;治疗前后患者的前牙覆牙合、前牙覆盖以及牙周袋探诊深度、牙槽骨高度、探诊出血等指数变化差异较大,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.结论：口腔正畸在牙周病致前牙移位病症治疗应用中具有较好的效果,治疗有效率较高,值得临床推广和应用.
objective: to explore orthodontics for periodontal disease caused by anterior displacement of the clinical effect of treatment. Selection methods: our hospital of 52 patients with periodontal disease cause anterior tooth displacement, are used in clinical orthodontics treatment, observation records before and after treatment in patients with anterior tooth before turns tooth, tooth covered and periodontal pocket probing depth, height of alveolar bone, clinical bleeding index changes, analyze the therapeutic effect of patients. Results: after treatment, all patients with anterior tooth displacement were effectively improved, the treatment effective rate was 100%, and before and after treatment of patients with anterior tooth tooth, front teeth covered and periodontal pocket probing depth, alveolar bone height, explore clinical bleeding index change differences, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: orthodontics in periodontal disease caused by displacement of the front teeth disease treatment has good effect in application, high treatment efficiency, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
