摘要
目的对牙周病致前牙移位应用口腔正畸治疗的临床疗效进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年2月-2016年2月在我院接受治疗的牙周病致前牙移位患者94例,以上患者均接受口腔正畸治疗,对患者的临床资料和治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者的各项临床症状均改善,治疗后出血指数低于治疗前,牙周袋深度浅于治疗前,前牙覆盖、前牙覆牙合均低于治疗前,t=9.85,6.88,7.52,6.23,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论牙周病致前牙移位应用口腔正畸治疗的临床疗效理想。
Objective Orthodontic treatment effect for anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease is to be investigated. Methods Review and analyze clinical treatment data of selected 94 patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease that are given orthodontic treatment in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016. Results Patients＇ clinical symptoms were improved much more favorable after treatment and patients＇ hemorrhage volume after treatment was much less than that before treatment. Besides,the value of PD（pocket depth） much lower after treatment and the probabilities of anterior overjet and anterior overbite after treatment are quite lower than those before treatment.there is a differential with treatment efficacy before and after treatment and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment is quite effective for anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease.
