摘要
以桔梗为原料,采用微波提取方法提取桔梗皂苷。在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交试验,从乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波时间、固液比(g:m L)四个方面对桔梗皂苷的提取的工艺条件进行优化。微波提取桔梗皂苷的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%、微波功率420 W、微波时间260 S和固液比1:14(g:m L)。在最佳的提取条件下,桔梗皂苷的得率4.59%,表明微波提取方法是较好的桔梗皂苷提取方法。
With the platycodon grandiflorum taken as material, saponin is extracted by the microwave-assisted method. Based on the signal factor test, the orthogonal test is used to optimize extraction conditions from the aspects of ethanol concentration,microwave power, microwave time and the ratio of solid to liquid(g:m L). The optimum extraction conditions are the following:ethanol concentration 80%, microwave power 420 w, microwave time 260 s and the ratio of solid to liquid1:14(g:m L). Under the best extraction conditions, the yield of saponin is 4.59%, which proves the microwave-assisted extraction is a better method for extracting saponin from roots of platycodon grandiflorum.
