摘要
目的优化止咳祛痰糖浆中桔梗皂苷D的提取工艺。方法以提取次数、洗涤溶剂、洗涤溶剂体积为因变量,以桔梗皂苷D含量为自变量,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化桔梗皂苷D的提取工艺,并进行验证。结果优选的最佳提取工艺为,用水饱和的正丁醇提取5次,每次30,30,20,20,20 mL;用正丁醇饱和的氨试液洗涤2次,每次15 mL。此条件下,每10 mL止咳祛痰糖浆中桔梗皂苷D的含量为1.2648 mg。结论优选的提取工艺合理、可行,能将止咳祛痰糖浆中的桔梗皂苷D基本提取完全。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of platycodin D in Zhike Qutan Syrup.MethodsThe extraction process of platycodin D was optimized by the Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology(BBD-RSM)with the extraction times,washing solvent and washing solvent volume as the dependent variables,and with the content of platycodin D as the independent variable,then the verification test was conducted.Results saturated n-butanol for five times,with 30,30,20,20,20 mL each time,and washing with n-butanol-saturated ammonia test solution for two times,with 15 mL each time.With this process,the content of platycodin D in every 10 mL of Zhike Qutan Syrup was 1.2648 mg.ConclusionThe optimal extraction process is reasonable and feasible,which can extract platycodin D completely from Zhike Qutan Syrup.
