摘要
[目的]观察血虚风燥汤联合西药治疗血虚风燥型湿疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例曲安奈德益康唑,2次/d,均匀涂抹于皮损处;西替利嗪,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组45例血虚风燥汤(当归12g,刺蒺藜、白芍各15g,牡丹皮10g,何首乌、蛇床子各15g,全蝎3g,生地黄20g,白鲜皮15g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮损面积、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,有效17例,无效6例,总有效率86.67%。对照组痊愈18例,有效13例,无效14例,总有效率68.89%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]血虚风燥汤联合西药治疗血虚风燥型湿疹疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the blood deficiency wind dry soup combined with Western medicine treatment of eczema treatment.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,90 patients were hospitalized and outpatient method is simple coin toss randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 45 patients triamcinolone econazole,2 times/d,evenly to the skin lesions.Cetirizine,10mg/times,1 times/d.Treatment group of 45 patients blood deficiency and wind dry soup（Danggui 12 g,Cijili,Baishao 15 g,Mudanpi 10 g,Heshouwu,Shechaungzi 15 g,Quanxie 3g,Shengdihuang 20 g,Baixianpi 15 g,Gancao 6g）,1 agent/d,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,lesion area,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 22 cases,effective in 17 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 86.67%.The control group cured 18 cases,effective 13 cases,ineffective in 14 cases,the total efficiency of 68.89%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Deficiency wind dry soup combined with Western medicine treatment of eczema results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
