摘要
21世纪信息技术迅猛发展,大数据技术在军事领域运用是一个全新的热门课题。本文全面阐述了"互联网+"时代大数据技术的基本概念,从军事发展、战略规划、作战研究、战斗力建设和军事管理等多个角度综合分析了其地位作用,指出当前大数据技术建设还存在观念落后、技术滞后、体制影响大、人员素质不高、信息安全等问题和困难,从深化体制改革、制定战略规划、借鉴成功模式、自主研发平台、加强人才培养和抓好安全管理等方面提出了对策建议。
The military application of big data has become a hot topic with the development of information technology in the 21 stcentury. This paper, after illustrating the basic concepts of big data, analyzes the role of big data in terms of military development, strategic plan, operation research, military power build-up and military management. It points out that difficulty lies in backward idea and technology, system, incompetent personnel, security. It suggests that we could take efforts in deepening structural reform, making strategic plan, learning from examples, establishing autonomous platform, nurturing talents and improving security management.
