摘要
目的:探讨细胞因子对脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型综合影响的数学模型问题。方法:采用"饮食不节+久居水湿"的方法建立脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,以PLS-DA法建立模型综合评价指标并计算主元得分,并对细胞因子与主元得分进行Linear、Quadratic及Cubic曲线拟合。结果:对11个大鼠脾虚水湿不化描述的指标进行PLS-DA综合评价,共提取一个有效主元成分,该主元得分与IL-4、IL-2和IFN-γ均具有良好的相关关系(r>0.5,P<0.05);对IL-2、IL-4和IFN-γ与主元得分进行Linear、Quadratic及Cu]bic曲线拟合,结果发现,3种拟合方程中,IL-2、IFN-γ拟合方程均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但R^2均小于0.4,这说明方程对结果的解释效果一般;但IL-4的Quacratic及Cubic曲线拟合不仅方程具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且R^2>0.6,方程对结果的解释效果好。结论:IL-4对脾虚水湿不化的影响并不呈线性,而符合Quadratic或Cubic方程,IL-4在脾虚水湿不化的发生过程中具有重要作用。
This study was aimed to explore the math model of cytokines on rat model of spleen deficiency with dampness and retention syndrome.The rat model of spleen deficiency with dampness and retention syndrome was induced by irregular diet and long-term residence in damp environment.PLS-DA method was used in the establishment of comprehensive assessment indexes of the model and the calculation of principal component scores.Linear,Quadratic and Cubic curve fitting were used in the analysis of cytokines and principal component scores.The results showed that from the PLS-DA comprehensive assessment indexes of 11 rats with spleen deficiency with dampness and retention syndrome,1 effective principal component was extracted.This principal component score had good correlation with IL-4,IL-2 and IFN-γ(r 0.5,P〈0.05).Linear,Quadratic and Cubic curve fitting were used on the analysis of IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γ and principal component score.The results showed that among 3 fitting equations,the IL-2 and IFN-y fitting equations had statistical significance(P〈0.05).However,the R^2 was all less than 0.4,which showed that the result was not effectively interpreted by the equation.The Quadratic and Cubic curve fitting of IL-4 fitting equations had statistical significance(P〈0.05).And the R^2was more than 0.6,which showed that the result was effectively interpreted by the equation.It was concluded that there was no linear relationship between IL-4 and spleen deficiency with dampness and retention syndrome.It fitted the Quadratic or Cubic equation.IL-4 played an important role in the occurrence of spleen deficiency with dampness and retention syndrome.
