摘要
[目的]观察鹿茸方治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院/门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例羟苯磺酸钙,2片/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组40例鹿茸方(鹿角片、补骨脂、肉苁蓉、熟地、菟丝子、黄芪、益母草、怀牛膝,加工成胶囊颗粒),5g/粒,2粒/次,3次/d。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、视力、眼底、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16眼,有效47眼,无效17眼,总有效率78.75%。对照组显效12例,有效38例,无效30例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。眼底病变疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);临床表现积分两组均有降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.01),视力变化治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]鹿茸方治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the curative effect of pilose antler Decoction in the treatment of non proliferative diabetic retinopathy.[Methods]80 cases（inpatient/outpatient） were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.Control group of 40 cases of calcium,calcium,2 tablets/times,3 times /d,oral.Treatment group（n=40） velvet（antlers,Fructus Psoraleae,broomrape,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,dodder seed,astragalus root,motherwort herb,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,processed into granular capsule）,5g/grain,2 capsules/time,3 times daily.90 d is a continuous treatment for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,vision,fundus,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 1 courses,determine the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group markedly effective in 16 eyes,47 eyes,17 eyes,the total effective rate was 78.75%.In the control group,12 cases were markedly effective,effective in 38 cases,invalid in 30 cases,the total effective rate was 62.50%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）;the clinical performance scores were lower in the two groups（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）,and the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Velvet treatment of non proliferative diabetic retinopathy,satisfactory curative effect,no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion
