我国农村流通业转型的战略对策:消费升级的视角 被引量:6

The Strategic Countermeasures of China's Rural Circulation Industry Transformation: from the Perspective of Consumption Upgrade

摘要 文章以消费升级为视角,从我国宏观经济调控的手段和策略出发,发现我国农村流通业转型升级呈现出生存型必需消费转向为享受型可选消费、大众消费时代迈入阶层消费时代、农村居民的消费观念趋于情感化、个性化、绿色化及从以往集中式消费转化为日常消费四大趋势,这四大趋势产生的原因是中国农村局面在消费习惯、消费机构、消费方式等方面产生变化,提出加大对农村流通业财政支持、改善农村流通基础配套设施、推动农村物流业的发展、营造公平公正的农村流通业市场环境、加强农产品和农村消费品现代流通网络建设及建立和完善农村信息服务体系等六大促进农村流通业增长方式转型的政策建议。 According to the upgrading of consumption perspective, starting from the means and strategies of China's macroeconomic regulation and control, it is found that China's rural circulation industry transformation and upgrading embodies in four major trends:from the type of survival and essential consumption to the type of enjoy consumption, from the era of mass consumption to class consumption, the consumption of rural residents tend to be more emotional, personalized and green, from the previous centralized consumption into the daily consumption. The causes of the four big trends is that China rural changes in consumption habits,consumption and others. Six rural circulation growth pattern transition policy suggestions are proposed: to increase the rural circulation of financial support, improve the rural circulation infrastructure, promote rural development of the logistics industry, to create a fair and equitable the rural circulation market environment, strengthen the agricultural and rural consumption of modern circulation network construction and establish and improve the rural information service system.
