摘要
我国的市场经济始于流通,流通领域也最早与世界经济接轨,流通造福社会,市场改善民生,流通领域的改革开放在经济和社会转型中起到了先导作用。但是,我国流通领域也存在着一些问题,流通体制有待深化改革,一些重要商品和服务存在寡头垄断,地区之间、城乡之间流通的发展水平不均衡,信息技术落后,基础设施问题突出,流通立法滞后等,解决这些问题需要各方的共同努力。对于流通理论界而言,首先要解决方法论的问题,即正确对待马克思流通理论和新制度经济学、产权经济学、信息经济学中的流通理论,并结合我国的实际探讨流通理论中的重要概念,行业学会、高等院校、研究机构和企业充分合作,深入研究具有重大现实意义的流通问题,共同促进社会的和谐。
The author believes that China＇s market economy derived from circulation, the area of circulation is the pioneer in integration with world economy, circulation benefits society, market improve people＇s livelihood, opening and reform in circulation played its role in the transformation of economy and society as a forerunner. But, there are some problems with China＇s circulation, such as oligopoly in some important commodity and service, the imbalanced circulation development level among regions, and between urban and rural areas, the lagged IT, etc. everyone of us should spent more efforts to solve these problems. For theorists of circulation theory, they should first solve the problem of methodology, namely correctly treat Marx＇s circulation theory and circulation theory in New Institutional Economics, Property Economics and Information Economics, and probe into important concepts in circulation theory with combination of China＇s reality. For industrial association, high school and research institution, they should cooperate with each other in deepen research of circulation issues with great practical significance and work together to promote construction of harmonious society.
