摘要
介绍一种基于全站仪的检测原理，叙述刚性辊垂直度的两种检测方法，并分析其检测误差，最后给出了某冷轧酸洗机组入口转向辊垂直度的测量实例。
This paper describes a detection principle on the basis of the total station, presents two kinds of methods to measure the vertical degree of rigid roll, analyzes the test error, and finally gives an example of detecting the vertical degree of deflector roll in a cold roiled pickling line entrance.
