介绍了工艺塔塔盘的安装与检修。塔盘的安装是分块采用螺栓固定在塔盘支撑圈上的,为使塔盘安装达到规定要求,首先要保证塔盘支撑圈的水平度;塔盘支撑圈是与塔本体相焊接,并垂直于塔本体,因此塔本体的垂直度需达到规定要求。塔盘的检修应严格按照检修要求进行,检修完毕将塔内清理干净。正确地安装塔盘,合理地检修塔盘,是保证工艺塔设备正常稳定运转的先决条件。
The installation and overhaul of process column tray are described. The column tray has been fixed in supporting ring by bolt for installation. To meet the specified requirement of installation, firstly, the levelness of column tray supporting ring should be ensured, weld the supporting ring to column body and perpendicular to each other, so the verticality of column body should meet the requirement. The overhaul of column tray should strictly in accordance with overhaul requirement, clean up the inner column after the overhaul. The correct installation and feasible overhaul of column tray are the precondition to ensure the normal ＆ steady operation of column.
