摘要
对柳钢焦化厂可逆反击锤式煤粉碎机使用过程中反击锤频繁坏损的原因进行了分析,并据此提出改进措施:在对反击锤结构、尺寸和材质等进行局部改进的基础上,将反击锤在转子锤盘上的布置方式由同层3个按120°均布改为2个按180°对称布置,邻层之间相邻锤夹角则自动由30°变为60°安装;此外,同层2个反击锤之锤头质量差标准由≯25g放宽至≯50g。改进后取得良好效果。
The paper analyzed the frequently damaged reasons of impact hammer in the process of using reversible impact hammer-type coal pulverizer at the coking plant of Liu Steel. The corresponding improvement measures are proposed. The impact hammer was partly improved in the respects of its structure, size and material. The arrangement mode of the impact hammer on the rotor hammer plate was symmetrically made from 3 with 120° to 2 with 180° on the same layer, and the installation angle of impact hammer between adjacent layers was automatically changed from 30° to 60° ; and furthermore, the mass difference standard for the heads of 2 impact hammers on the same layer was modified from ≯25 g to ≯50 g. Good results were achieved after the improvement.
