可逆反击锤式煤粉碎机粉碎机构的改进

摘要 介绍了对可逆反击锤式煤粉碎机之反击锤结构、尺寸和材质等进行局部改进的基础上,将反击锤在转子锤盘上的布置方式由同层3个按120°均布改为2个按180°对称布置,邻层之间相邻锤夹角则自动由30°变为60°安装;此外,同层2个反击锤之锤头质量差标准由≯25 g放宽至≯50 g。 The reversible buffer hammer-type coal pulverizer was carried out improvement partly in respects of its structure, size and material. The arrangement mode of the buffer hammer on the rotor ws made from 3 with 120° to 2 with 180° on the same layer symmetrically, and the installation angles between adjacent layers were automatically changed buffer hammers on the same from 30°to 60° ; and furthermore, the mass differences standard for the heads of 2 layer were modified from ≯ 25 g to ≯ 50 g.
