摘要
目的:探讨使用数据分析方法在药师干预抗菌药物临床合理应用中的临床价值。方法:选取房山区良乡医院(以下简称"我院")手术室应用抗菌药物的出院病历371例,进行抗菌药物的合理用药分析。对药师干预抗菌药使用前、后各3个月的抗菌药物使用率与使用强度数据进行分析对比。结果:干预前、后的数据的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),临床抗菌药物使用率、使用强度有明显的降低。结论:基于数据分析的药师干预对抗菌药物的临床合理应用具有明确的临床价值,能有效促进合理用药,节省药师资源。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinic value of rational utilization of antibiotics in the intervention by pharmacists via data analysis. METHODS： 371 cases of discharged records with utilization of antibiotics in Liangxiang Hospital of Beijing Fangshan Distinct（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） were selected,the utilization rationality of antibiotics was analyzed. The utilization rate and utilization intensity data of antibiotics in intervention by pharmacists before and after 3 months were compared and analyzed. RESULTS： There were significantly differences of statistical data before and after the pharmacists＇ intervention, the utilization rate and utilization intensity data had decreased obviously.CONCLUSIONS： The pharmacists＇ intervention that based on the data analysis has clear and definite clinical value for rational use of antibiotics,which can effectively promote the rational drug use and save personnel resources of pharmacists.
