摘要
目的总结脂肪肝药棒穴位按摩治疗中的操作要点及护理经验,为临床相关疾病的护理提供借鉴。方法采用中药对120例脂肪肝患者进行穴位渗透及药棒按摩,根据患者脂肪肝类型,取相应穴位,治疗1-2个疗程,结合临床个性化心理护理干预及健康教育、定期随访,总结治疗仪药棒按摩操作和护理要点以及患者临床疗效。结果药棒治疗及护理干预后,所有患者肝功ALT、AST、GGT及血脂TG、TC水平均显著下降并恢复正常水平,总有效率达95%,患者自觉症状明显改善,4例出现中药过敏反应。结论药棒穴位按摩治疗中患者应与医护人员密切配合,良好的心理疏导、完整的健康教育以及充分的治疗前准备、治疗中配合、精心的治疗后护理是治疗成功的保证。
Objective To summarize the main points of operation and nursing experience of medicated stick massage in the treatment of fatty liver, and to provide reference for clinical nursing on related diseases. Methods 120 cases of patients with fatty liver used infiltration and medicated stick massage according to the type of fatty liver to take corresponding points, which continued 1~2 courses of treatment,combined with clinical individualized mental nursing and health education and regular following-up, operation and nursing points of medicated stick massage treatment instrument and clinical effect were summarized. Results After medicated stick massage and nursing intervention, the liver function ALT, AST, GGT and lipids TG, TC levels of all patients were significantly decreased and returned to normal levels, and the total effective rate was 95%. Symptoms significantly improved, and 4 patients had allergic medicine. Conclusion In the process of treatment, patients received medicated stick massage should work closely with the medical staff. Good psychological counseling,complete health education and adequate pre-treatment preparation and careful nursing are the guarantee of successful treatment.
