摘要
目的观察药棒叩击特色疗法治疗紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法将54例紧张型头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各27例)。治疗组予药棒叩击特色疗法,对照组予口服盐酸乙哌立松片。两组疗程均为20天,观察临床疗效及症状体征积分变化情况。结果治疗组痊愈率为70.37%,对照组为44.44%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者头痛程度、持续时间、发作次数及颅周肌肉压痛等积分均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组头痛程度、颅周肌肉压痛改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为10.53%,对照组为50.00%(P<0.05)。结论药棒叩击特色疗法治疗紧张型头痛疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bar-percussing therapy for tension-type headache.Methods Fifty-four subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 27 cases were treated by bar-percussing therapy and control group in which 27 cases were treated with Eperisone Hydrochloride Tablets.Results The cure rate was 70.37% in the treatment group and 44.44% in the control group,with a difference between them（P0.05）.After treatment,the severity,duration,frequency of headache and head tenderness were obviously improved in both groups（P0.05）,but with great differences between the two groups in the severity and duration of headache and head tenderness（P0.05）.The relapse rate of the cured cases was 10.53% in the treatment group and 50.00% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Bar-percussing therapy is quite effective for tension-type headache.
