摘要
社区是自然资源的保护和利用者,是文化资源的传承者,是湿地公园的重要组成部分。湿地公园建设的重要目标之一就在于增进当地社区的发展和居民的福祉,国家湿地公园的管理和经营也需要社区的参与和支持。建立湿地公园从根本上改善社区居民生产生活条件,提供就业机会,创造直接和间接的经济收益,带动社区经济发展,让社区居民感受到生态环境保护带来的好处,才能真正使社区工作从被动变为主动,从根源上解决社区生态环境破坏的问题。文章以万峰国家湿地公园为例,分别从社区产业发展、社区调控与发展和社区共建共管三个方面探索湿地公园社区规划可持续发展模式,以期更好的实现湿地公园对自然生态系统的保护功能,实现人与自然和谐发展。
Community is the protection of natural resources,inheritance of cultural resources,and important component of the wetland park.One of the important objectives of construction of wetland park is to improve the local community development and the well-being of residents,national wetland park management and business also need to participate in and support of the community.To establish a wetland park fundamentally can improve production conditions and living conditions of the community,provide employment opportunities,create a direct and indirect economic benefits,and drive the development of community economy.After community residents feel the benefits of ecological environment protection,they make the community work from passive to active,solve the problem of community ecological environmental damage from the source.Taking Wanfeng national wetland park as an example,respectively from the industry development of community,the regulation and development of community,the building and condominium of community three aspects community planning mode of sustainable development is explored for the wetland park in order to implement the protected function of natural ecological system of the wetland park,achieve the harmonious development betcoeen man and nature.
