摘要 N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体(N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors,NMDAR)是重要的离子型谷氨酸受体,它包含7个亚基(NR1、NR2A-D、NR3A-B)并由此构成四聚体复合物,其中NR2B成为近年研究热点。本文对近期有关NR2B的结构、分布、功能、相关蛋白及与学习记忆和脑缺血的关系做一综述。 N- methyl- D- aspartate receptor( N- methyl- D- aspartate receptors,NMDAR)is animportant ionotropic glutamate receptor. It contains seven subunits( NR1,NR2A- D,NR3A- B)and thereby construct tetramer complex. In recent years NR2 B become a hot research topic. This study reviews the NR2 B subunit structural features,distribution,function properties,relation protein and its relation with learning and memory,cerebral ischemia.
