摘要
目的分析无瘤技术在腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月-2014年12月我院收治的38例行胃癌根治术患者作为观察对象,随机分成两组。对照组采取开腹胃癌根治术,实验组采取腹腔镜胃癌根治术,比较两组患者术中淋巴结清扫数及手术时间。结果两组患者术中淋巴结清扫数及手术时间的比较结果对比,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论为保证效果,在行腹腔镜胃癌根治术时,应严格遵循无瘤原则。
Objective To analysis the application effect of non tumor technique in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods Selected 38 patients with gastric cancer from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with open surgery,the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,and the lymph node dissection,two groups of patients with lymph node dissection and operation time were compared.Results There were significant differences in the groups of patients with lymph node dissectionand operation time during the operation,and the results were significantly different between the two groups,P〈0.05,was difference statistically significance.Conclusion In order to ensure the effectiveness,the principle of non tumor should be strictly followed in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
