摘要
目的探讨无瘤技术在腹腔镜大肠癌根治术中的应用价值。方法分析34例大肠癌患者实施腹腔镜下大肠癌根治术的临床效果,提出遵循无瘤技术及肿瘤根治术原则。结果34例(100%)均完成腹腔镜下肿瘤根治术。手术时间为138～246min,平均为184min。随访3～24个月,5例(14.7%)复发或转移,均未发现有穿刺鞘部位种植。结论腹腔镜下大肠癌根治术中只要严格遵循无瘤技术的原则,可取得与开放手术相同的近期疗效。
Objective To explore the value of the tumor-free technique in laparoscopic colorectal radical resection. Methods The data of 34 cases with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic radical resection with tmnorfree technique were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the cases （ 100% ） had laparoscopic radical resection suecessfully. The operation time was 138 -246 min, mean 184 rain. The trocar site seeding had not been seen, only 5 （14. 7% ） had recurrence or metastasis during a follow-up period of 3 to 24 months. Conclusion The short-term effect of laparoscopie radical resection with tumor-free technique is equal to that of the ordinary open operation.
