摘要
青少年时期是人生发展的特殊阶段,其人格显示出矛盾特征。遗传、环境都是影响青少年人格形成与发展的重要因素,而培养青少年健全人格的最佳途径就是进行人格教育。在实施青少年健全人格教育的过程中要明确目标和任务,遵循一定原则,确定合理的教育内容,采取正确的途径与方法。
Personality is an inner dynamic organization of an individual, which determines their characteristic behaviors and thoughts in psychological and physical systems. Genetic inheritance and environment are two important factors that influence the formation and development of adolescents＇ personality. Moreover, academicians have made more research into the personality cultivation and found that it is the best way to conduct adolescents＇ perfect personality education. During the practice of the perfect personality education, we should take the aim, tasks,principles, content and ways into consideration.
