摘要
目的分析从业人员健康体检工作存在的问题及管理对策。方法通过有效的分析体检工作存在的问题,提出管理上的对策和建议。结果主要由疾控中心对从业人员进行健康体检工作,并对从业人员进行有关卫生的方面的培训,从而有效的提高健康体检上岗的持证率。同时,有关部门应制定相关的卫生法律法规,促进从业人员的健康,防止各种疾病的发生。结论从业人员健康体检是预防性健康体检的重要环节之一,主要通过疾控中心来开展。通过加强从业人员健康体检的质量控制、督导管理等方面,还要与有关的法律法规相结合,合理的使用卫生知识培训机构,对从业人员进行健康教育。
Objective To analyze the problems and management countermeasures of health examination for employees. Methods Through analyzing the problems in the physical examination, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Results The main by the CDC for practitioners were healthy physical examination work, and health related aspects of the training of personnel, so as to effectively improve the health examination certificate holder of the rate. At the same time, the relevant departments should formulate relevant laws and regulations to promote health, prevent the occurrence of various diseases. Conclusion Health examination of employees is one of the important part of preventive health examination. Through strengthen medical health practitioners of quality control, supervision and management and other aspects, but also with the relevant laws and regulations combined rational use of health knowledge training institutions and for practitioners of health education.
