摘要
大型综合性教学医院担负着进修医师的教学工作,如何使每1名进修医师在有限的学习期间内最大程度的提高医疗水平,是一个重要的医疗教学课题。本文结合多年来在三级甲等综合医院病理科带教进修医师的教学经验,针对病理科进修医师特点,从对进修医师进行系统化的入职培训,提高进修医师理论水平,提高进修医师实践水平,培养进修医师的科研能力4个方面介绍了对进修医师进行系统化综合性的教学方法,以期为病理科进修医师的临床教学工作提供参考。
It's a duty for large comprehensive teaching hospital to train refresher doctors. How to make each refresher doctor raise the level of medical treatment in limited learning period, to a great extent, is an important topic of medical teaching. This article, combined with the teaching experience in the level of ifrst-class comprehensive hospital and the characteristics of refresher doctors from pathology department for years, systematically introduced the comprehensive teaching methods, including systematic orientation of refresher doctors, theoretical knowledge enrichment, practical ability improvement, and scientific research ability training. This paper will provide reference for clinical teaching work on pathology refresher doctors.
