摘要
目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择接受保守治疗的异位妊娠患者263例,随机分为观察组133例和对照组130例。观察组患者采用血府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗,对照组患者采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为86.47%和88.46%,组间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组人绒毛促性腺激素(β-HCG)转阴时间、腹痛消失时间、阴道流血停止时间和包块消失时间显著缩短(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为10.53%,显著低于对照组的32.31%(P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with mifepristone in treating ectopic pregnancy.M ethods 263 patients with ectopic pregnancy who received conservative treatments were randomly divided into the observation group（n = 133） and the control group（n = 130）.The observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with mifepristone;while the control group was treated with methotrexate and mifepristone.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 86.46%and 88.46%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）;compared with the control group,the time of（3- HCG turning negative,abdominal pain disappear,vaginal bleeding stop and lumps disappear of the observation group were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions of the observation group was 10.53%,which was significantly lower than 32.31%of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Mifepristone has good effect and safety in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
