摘要
目的建立测定青果丸中没食子酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Inertsil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(5∶95)为流动相,检测波长为273 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果没食子酸质量浓度在10.536~36.876μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.95%,RSD为0.24%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、稳定、准确,无其他成分干扰,可作为青果丸质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of gallic acid in Qingguo Pills.Methods The HPLC method was adopted and the Inertsil C_18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid(5:95).The detection wavelength was at 273 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of gallic acid was 10.536-36.876μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 99.95%,RSD was 0.24%(n = 6).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,stable and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Qingguo Pills.
