摘要
目的 探讨快速康复外科理念在内镜辅助腹腔镜结肠手术护理中的应用价值. 方法 60例内镜辅助腹腔镜结肠手术随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例. 实验组采用快速康复外科理念护理方案并加强围术期营养护理,对照组采用传统护理方案. 观察两组术后肛门首次排气时间、术后住院时间和并发症发生率,问卷调查两组患者对护理满意度情况. 结果 实验组术后肛门首次排气时间[（28. 5±12. 5） vs（36. 5 ± 14. 6）h, P〈0. 05）]和术后住院时间[（3. 5±1. 5）vs（5. 0±1. 8）d,P〈0. 05]显著低于对照组,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组（0 vs 13. 3%,P〈0. 05）,患者对护理满意度显著高于对照组（96. 7% vs 80. 0%,P〈0. 05）,患者对护理评分显著高于对照组[（92. 8±15. 2）vs（82. 5±20. 3）,P〈0. 05）]. 结论 快速康复外科理念指导下的护理方案有助于提高内镜辅助腹腔镜结肠手术的安全性并促进患者快速康复.
Objective To explore the application value of fast track surgery in the nursing of endoscopic assis-ted laparoscopic colon operation. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with endoscopic assisted laparoscopic colorec-tal operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The experi-mental group adopted the concept of fast track surgery nursing plan and were strengthened the nursing of nutrition during perioperative period, and the control group adopted the traditional nursing plan. The anal exhaust time, hospitalization time and incidence of complications of the two groups were observed. Questionnaires about the patients ＇ satisfaction on nursing were collected. Results The postoperative anal exhaust time for the first time [ （ 28. 5 ± 12. 5 ） vs （ 36. 5 ± 14. 6） h, P〈0. 05] and postoperative hospitalization time [ （3. 5±1. 5） vs （5±1. 8） d, P〈0. 05] of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The incidence rate of postoperative complications was signifi-cantly lower than that of the control group （0 vs 13. 3%, P〈0. 05）, patients＇ satisfaction on nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group （96. 7% vs 80%, P〈0. 05）, nursing scores were significantly higher than that of control group [ （92. 8±15. 2） vs （82. 5±20. 3）, P〈0. 05] . Conclusions Nursing program under the guidance of fast track surgery is helpful to improve the safety of endoscopic assisted laparoscopic colon operation and accelerate the reha-bilitation of patients.
