摘要
[目的]探讨经鼻蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除术病人的护理措施。[方法]对28例经鼻蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除术病人,在围术期内对其进行针对性护理。[结果]本组28例病人均恢复状况良好,在围术期内没有出现并发症和不良反应现象,均在预计的时间内结束治疗康复出院。[结论]对接受经鼻蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除术治疗的病人在围术期内进行针对性护理,可以保证手术治疗顺利完成,使临床治疗的满意度进一步提高。
Objective： To probe into nursing interventions for patients after undergoing resection of pituitary tumors through the nose and sphenoid sinus approach. Methods：The targeted care was carried out for a total of 28 cases of patients undergoing resection of pituitary tumors through the nose and sphenoid sinus approach during perioperative period. Results： All the 28 pa- tients recovered well,and no complications and adverse reactions occurred in the perioperative period, and they finished the treatment and rehabilitation discharge within the expected time. Conclusion. Targeted care for patients accepting resection of pituitary tumors through the nose and sphenoid sinus approach in the perioperative period can guarantee the successful completion of surgical treatment, so as to enhance the satisfaction to clinical treatment further.
