大功率自动液力变速器某档位液压系统的仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高国产大功率自动液力变速器的换挡品质,在对某液力自动变速器液压系统工作原理、工作特性的分析基础上,建立其中一档位AMESim仿真模型,研究了主油压、蓄能器等因素对换挡品质的影响。根据仿真结果可以看出,在换挡电磁阀油路中加入蓄能器可以提高换挡品质,增加换挡的平顺性。 In order to improve the quality of the domestic high power automatic hydraulic transmission shift, based on the basic principle of the hydraulic automatic transmission and working characteristic, One gear AMESim simulation model was set up, furthermore, the factors which influence the shift quality are studied, such as main oil pressure and the accumulator. The simulation results show that the shift quality was improved and work smoothly because of a solenoid valve was added in solenoid valve system.
