摘要
我国在长期的地质调查工作中,积累了大量的地质资料。为了方便这些资料的分布式存储和管理,并实现共享和关联,尝试将关联数据技术引入到地质资料中,对原始数据进行RDF建模,从而为广大地调人员提供统一的查询入口。研究以关联数据四项基本原则为指导,参考其他领域关联数据发布框架,根据地质资料自身数据特点,建立了地质资料关联数据发布流程。利用D2R发布工具,以20 000条地质资料为试验,将存储于关系型数据库中的元数据映射为RDF格式,并通过Web发布,实现了地质资料关联数据的发布。
During the long-term geological survey work in our country,a great deal of geological data have been accumulated. Considering the convenience of data's distributed storage and management,in order to realize the sharing and associations,linked data technology is introduced into geological archives. Guiding by the four simple rules of linked data,referring to linked data published framework in other fields,on the publishing process for geological data as linked data according to its data character was studied. Tested on 20 000 geological archives,with D2 R software,those metadata stored in relational database into RDF format was transferred and then published them on the Web,and therefore published geological data as linked data.
