摘要
目的探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝发病与腹外斜肌腱膜中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白表达之间的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测腹股沟斜疝患儿和非疝患儿腹外斜肌腱膜中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达。结果腹股沟斜疝患儿腹外斜肌腱膜中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达同非疝患儿差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿腹股沟斜疝不是腹外斜肌腱膜中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白表达异常引起的。
Objective To investigate the relationship between pediatric inguinal hernia Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen expression and the incidence of the external oblique fascia.Methods The expression ofⅠ,Ⅲtype collagen in external oblique fascia in children inguinal hernia and non-hernia were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen expression in children with external oblique fascia was not significant difference between the children with inguinal hernia and non- hernia children（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Pediatric inguinal hernia is not the external oblique fascia in Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen expression caused by abnormal.
