摘要
目的:探讨运用思维导图对PCI围手术期患者进行健康教育的效果。方法:将86例拟行PCI术的冠心病患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,试验组(n=43)采用思维导图进行健康教育,对照组(n=43)采用常规口头健康教育方式。结果:试验组患者对PCI围手术期相关知识的知晓度、健康教育满意度及服药依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用思维导图的健康宣教方法能提高冠心病患者对PCI围手术期相关知识的掌握及服药依从性。
Objective:To explore the effect of mind mapping on health education for patients with coronary heart disease during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 86 patients undergoing PCI were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method.The experimental group(n=43)used mind map for health education and the control group(n=43)adopted the conventional oral health education method,respectively.Results:The awareness of relevant knowledge,health education satisfaction and the medication adherence in the experimental group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of mind mapping in health education can improve the knowledge of PCI and the medication adherence in patients with coronary heart disease.
