摘要
目的:探讨围绝经期妇女性激素水平与心率变异性(HRV)的关系。方法:选择40～60岁围绝经期妇女96例,根据年龄、症状分为两组:绝经过渡期组56例,绝经后期组40例,随机选择健康体检的育龄期妇女40例作为对照组,均给予24h动态心电图监测后对HRV进行分析。结果:绝经过渡期和绝经后期的雌二醇(E2)逐渐降低,卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)逐渐升高,HRV明显降低。围绝经期妇女的HRV明显低于对照组,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:心率变异性对围绝经期妇女自主神经功能紊乱早期的诊断及检出有重要的提示作用。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between sex hormone and heart rate variability in perimenopausal women.Methods:96 patients aged 40 to 60 years old were divided into two groups according to the age and symptom:56 cases in menopausal transition group and 40 cases in postmenopause group.Another 40 healthy patients in childbearing age were randomly selected for the control group.Further the 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram was adopted and the heart rate variability was analyzed.Results:Accompanied by the increase of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),the level of estradiol(E2)was gradually decreased in menopausal transition and post-menopausal groups.Compared to the control group,the heart rate variability was significantly reduced in perimenopausal women.Conclusion:Heart rate variability palys an important role in early diagnosis of autonomic nervous system dysfunction in perimenopausal women.
