不同类型肥料对降香黄檀幼苗土壤肥力指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以珍贵树种降香黄檀1.5a生幼苗为材料进行试验,研究不同类型肥料对降香黄檀幼苗土壤肥力指标的影响。分别设置4个处理组,即对照CK(0%)、叶面肥处理N1(0.05%)、根肥处理N2(0.05%)和复合肥处理N3(2%),每个处理组9株,利用土壤三参数速测法和土壤养分速测法分析了不同肥料添加3个月时土壤水分、温度、电导率及土壤养分的响应变化。结果表明,与CK(对照)相比,N1(叶面肥)处理土壤水分含量明显升高(P<0.05),N2(根肥)和N3(复合肥)处理有降低的趋势,但差异性不明显(P>0.05),不同施肥处理土壤电导率的变化趋势与土壤水分保持一致,而土壤温度的变化不太一致。相关性分析表明土壤温度与土壤湿度和电导率存在显著的负相关关系,而土壤湿度和电导率存在显著的正相关关系(P<0.05)。土壤养分测定结果表明,与CK相比,除N3处理土壤铵态氮含量较低外,不同施肥处理土壤铵态氮、速效磷和速效钾均不同程度的增加,相关性分析表明土壤速效磷和速效钾之间存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05),相关系数为0.624。主成分分析进一步表明降香黄檀幼苗土壤肥力指标的变化因不同施肥处理而发生分异。降香黄檀幼苗土壤铵态氮、速效磷和速效钾受施肥影响高于其它指标,长期不同措施施肥会使土壤营养元素趋于稳定,促进土壤环境质量的提高。 The for the 1.5-year study mainly focused on the influence of different fertilization treatments on the fertility of soil seedlings of Dalbergia Odorifera. In this experiment, four treatments of fertilizers with control (CK: 0 % ) , foliar fertilization treatment (NI: 0.05% ), root fertilization treatment (N2: 0.05% ) and compound fertilization treatment (N3: 2% )were set up. Soil moisture content (WET), temperature (TEP), conductivity (ECP) and soil nutrient were analyzed using three soil parameters measurement methods and soil nutrient measuring method, respectively. It was found that in comparison to the control CK (non-fertilization treat- ment), the moisture content of soil was notably increased by N1 treatment (the foliar fertilization treatment) (P〈0.05), while N2 (root fertilization treatment)and N3 (compound fertilization treatment)demonstrated the opposite tendency but with no significant difference (P〉0.05) ; the changes in the conductivity of soil were in line with the moisture content under different treatments, however, inconsistence was existed in the soil tem- perature. The correlation analysis indicated that the temperature of soil was in remarkable negative correlation with the moisture content and the conductivity, and the soil conductivity was in significant positive correlation with the moisture content (P〈0.05). The determination of soil fertility showed that compared with the control group CK, ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium of the soil were increased to varying degrees by different fertilization treatments, except for the N3 treatment with relative low content of soil ammonium nitrogen. It was indicated in the correlation analysis that remarkable positive correlation was existed between the available phosphorus and available potassium of soil (P〈0.05), and the correlation coefficient was 0.624.
