摘要
文章简述了建立土壤监测信息系统的必要性和重要意义;分析了国内外现状和国内土壤监测存在问题;提出了构建基于GPS、GIS和网络技术的土壤监测信息系统的初步设想,该系统由信息采集、信息管理和信息开发利用3个子系统组成。最后,就有关问题进行了探讨。
