摘要
阐述了医学计量的概念及意义,在法律、法规对医学计量做出的相关规定基础上,分析了医疗机构医学计量实施现状及存在的问题。提出了医院获得医学计量专项授权的方案,探讨了医院获得医学计量专项授权的法律依据及应具备的条件,为医疗机构通过计量更好地保障医疗安全提供了一种可行的参考方法。
The concept and significance of medical metrology were introduced. The present situation and problems of medi- cal metrology in medical facility were analyzed based on related laws and regulations. A scheme was put forward for the hos- pital to obtain medical metrology special authorization with the considerations on legal basis and conditions.
