摘要
2007年以来,大学生的职业发展与就业指导在国内高校较为普遍地开展起来。在实际的辅导工作中,专业调剂生在职业探索中的心理障碍也逐渐显现出来。他们在相关的辅导活动中,态度不够端正,行动较为消极,意志较为薄弱,进而阻碍了对职业生涯的探索和自身学业的进步。这些心理障碍是由多种原因形成的,包括不良的认知、被动性人格、注意力的耗散以及其他客观因素。为了化解这些障碍,引导调剂生对职业生涯的积极探索,需要改进相关课程的教学内容与方法,优化日常教育与管理。
Since 2007, the college students＇ career development and employment guidance has been generally carrying out in domestic universities. In the actual instruction, the major transfers＇ psychological obstacles in career exploration had been shown gradually. In some instructing activities, they show improper attitude, negative activity and weak will, which hinder their exploration of career and progressive of studies. These psychological barriers are formed by a variety of reasons,including the incorrect cognition, passive personality, attention dispersion and other objective factors. In order to solve these obstacles and to guide them to explore the career actively,we need to enrich the teaching content,improve the teaching methods and optimize the education and daily administration.
