摘要
结合聚酯装置的实际生产情况,简单介绍了真空系统组成并分析了真空系统的堵塞原因,对常见的几种改造大气腿改造、真空喷淋循环系统流程及清洗流程改造的优化措施进行了总结和探讨。
Combination with the actual production of PBT plant , the composition of the vacuum system was briefly introduced , the blockage of the vacuum system was analysed. The optimization measures of several common trans- formation such as atmosphere leg transformation vacuum spray circulation system process and cleaning system trans- fomation were summarized and discussed.
