摘要
对20万t PET装置的真空系统经常出现的故障进行分析,通过增加缩聚真空管线电伴热,刮板冷凝器改造、大气腿反吹、真空喷淋管线改造等真空系统的技术改进,延长真空系统运行时间,为装置长周期平稳运行提供保障。
The reasons for the frequent failure of the vacuum system of the 20 × 104 t/a PET plant were analyzed. Many technological improvements for the vacuum system were carried out. Such as increasing electric heat tracing for the vacuum line of the polycondensation unit, transforming the scraper condenser, barometric leg blowback, transforming of vacuum spray pipeline and so on. The running time of the vacuum system was extended, the log period smooth operation of the device was guranteed.
