单源能谱CT在消除金属内固定伪影中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨骨折金属内固定术后单源能谱CT成像技术的临床应用价值。方法 42例骨折金属内固定术后复查的患者,包括脊柱12例,骨盆7例,手足7例,关节长骨16例,使用单源CT采用双能量扫描程序,分两次扫描采集2个不同能量的数据,所得原始数据后处理采用80k V及140k V,两个不同能量的数据,用相关软件处理、重建,获得不同光子能级图像,并由两位有经验放射科主治以上医师对图像质量进行分组评价。评价标准:1分金属伪影明显,图像无法观察;2分金属伪影较多,图像细节显示欠清;3分无明显金属伪影,图像质量优秀。结果 42例骨折术后内固定病例,利用单源双能量扫描方式所获得的图像,130ke V消除金属内固定伪影图像质量最佳。结论单源双能量CT扫描技术能够有效去除金属伪影,清晰显示骨折金属内固定术后细微结构。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of single-source energy CT imaging technology in the metal internal fixation of fracture postoperatively. Methods 42 patients after internal fixation of fractures with metal, including 12 cases of spine, 7 cases of pelvis, 7 cases of hand or foot, 16 cases of long bone joints, underwent single source energy CT scanning procedure twice. Then, the two different energy data were acquired after processing the raw data using 80 kV and 140 kV. Those two different energy data were processed with relevant software, reconstructed, got t a different photon energy level image by two or more experienced attending physicians in radiology group to evaluate the image quality. Evaluation criteria were as follows: sorce 1, metal artifacts were obviously displayed and the images were unable to observe ; score 2, metal artifacts were more and the detailed images were shown less clear; and score 3, no significant metal artifacts were appeared and the images were displayed clearly. Results In those 42 cases of postoperative fracture fixation, the use of single-sources energy scanning at 130 key was able to ehminate the metal artifacts, thereby securing the best image quality. Conclusion Single-source energy CT scanning technology can effectively remove metal artifacts, which clearly shows the fine structure after the metal internal fixation of fracture.
