不同处理对陇东地区油污土壤的降解研究 被引量:1

Different Treatments for Degradation of Oil Contaminated Soil in East of Gansu

摘要 以甘肃陇东地区油井污染土壤为菌源,分离得到5种降油菌并制成混合菌剂;对油污土壤添加混合菌剂,用膨松剂、翻耕处理,分析不同处理方式对油污土壤中原油的降解程度,并对各处理进行t检验或方差分析。结果表明:在不添加菌剂的条件下,翻耕的降解率显著高于静置;在添加等量锯末且静止条件下,添加35 g/kg、70 g/kg混合菌剂的降解差异虽不显著,但均极显著高于不添加混合菌剂;在添加等量混合菌剂且每天翻耕条件下,添加67 g/kg锯末的降解率显著高于不添加锯末;在添加等量混合菌剂和锯末条件下,每天翻耕、每5 d翻耕的降解差异虽不显著,但均显著高于静置。 Five oil-degraded bacterial strains,screened and isolated from oil contaminated soil in Oilfield east of Gansu Province,were added to oil contaminated soil as mixed bacteria. The oil degradation degree in soil,t-test and variance analysis were analyzed with different treatments such as using raising agent or land plowing. The results showed the degradation rate of plowing treatment was significant higher than that of no plowing when no mixed bacteria added. The degradation of adding 35 g / kg and 70 g / kg mixed bacteria had no obvious difference when adding same amount of sawdust and no plowing,but both were far higher than that of no mixed bacteria adding. The degradation rates of adding 67 g / kg sawdust was significant higher than that of no adding with the same amount of mixed bacteria addition and plowing daily. The degradation of plowing daily and plowing every 5 days showed no obvious difference with the same amount of mixed bacteria and sawdust addition,but both were significant higher than that of no plowing.
