摘要
对以水为分散介质的化铣可剥涂料在化学铣切加工中的涂覆成膜、涂膜硫化、刻型及碱腐蚀加工应用工艺进行了研究,实验确定了适于水基化铣可剥涂料的应用工艺路径、工艺参数及化铣液配比。
The milling peelable coating chemical milling processing of coated film,coating film cu-ring,carved and alkali corrosion processing and application technology by using water as dispersing medium are studied.Application process path,technological parameters and chemical milling solution ratio which are suitable for water -based milling peelable coating were determined.
