摘要
采用75℃热加速老化试验和气相色谱试验,分别对裸药和带包覆层的SZQu推进剂进行测试,确定了安定性、中定剂质量分数随老化时间的变化规律;在升温速率β=5℃/min的条件下,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对老化7、54 d的裸药、包覆层和带包覆层的推进剂进行测试,比较其分解峰温,以分解峰温差值ΔTp〈2℃为判据判断两者相容性状况。结果表明,包覆材料对该型双基推进剂贮存安定性影响不显著,推进剂和推进剂与包覆层混合试样的分解峰温介于195~198℃之间,分解峰温的差值小于2℃,包覆层与推进剂相容性良好。
The law was figured out which is about the mass fraction of centralite, COz and N20 along with the change of aging time by testing on naked propellant and propellant with cladding through acceleration aging test ( 75℃) and gas chromatography ( GC ) test. The decomposition peak temperature of naked propellant and propellant with cladding aged 7 days or 54 days was detec- ted by DSC test under temperature rising in equal rate(β= 5℃/rain). Propellant and cladding can be compatible in case the differ- ence of two samples decomposition peak temperature below 2 ℃. The results show that cladding has no remarkable effect on storage stability of propellant SZQu and the decomposition peak temperature of propellant( propellant with cladding) is between 195 ℃ and 198 ℃, and the compatibility between cladding and propellant is fine.
