摘要
药酒是把中药和酒按一定比例融合而制成,通过饮服或外涂达到调整亚健康、防病治病、保健延年的一种养生方法。伴随社会的发展进步,药酒行业也不断的发展壮大起来,但同时也存在不少问题,如对药酒认识上的误区、药酒制备工艺及标准问题等,并对存在的问题提出了建议,为促进药酒产业的发展提供一定基础。
Medicinal liquor is made by certain proportion fusion of the traditional Chinese medicine and ealth,prevention and cure diseases, health care through drink or external application. Along with the development of the society,the medicinal liquor industry has grown, but at the same time there are a lot of problems, such as its misunderstand of recognition, preparation technology and quliaty standards problems, etc.. Some suggestions were put forward foe the problems,and this paper will provide some basis for the development of medicinal liquor industry.
