摘要
为降低萤石洗选的成本,提高萤石颗粒品位,试验采用干扰床分选机对萤石矿颗粒进行了分选,从上升介质流速和萤石矿入料粒级方面对分选过程进行了研究与分析。试验结果表明:干扰床分选机分选出的精矿品位明显提升,对上升介质流的流速进行调节可作为生产中的重要调试手段。
To reduce cost and improve grade of fluorite ore, in the process of fluorite ore separation by teetered bed separator, feed size and flow velocity of upward medium were studied. It is found that the grade of fluorite ore became better, at the same time flow velocity adjustment of upward medium current played an important role in production.
