摘要
采用机械球磨法制备Fe3O4纳米磁性颗粒,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度分析仪对样品进行形貌表征和粒度测量,然后对影响球磨机研磨效果的因素作定性和定量分析。结果表明:球磨机转速控制在180-220r/min时,研磨效果最佳;随着研磨时间的延长,颗粒出现团聚现象,研磨效果反而变差,当研磨时间控制在100-110h之间时,可得到好的研磨效果;在高速研磨下,选择级配差较大的研磨球进行配合研磨,能防止颗粒团聚,球磨机的研磨效果更好。
Fe3 O4 nanoparticles were made by mechanical ball mill, the samples were characterized by scanningelectron microscope (SEM) and were measured by laser particle sizer, qualitative and quantitative analysis on the in-fluencing factors grinding result. The results show that grinding result is better when rotating speed of ball grinder is controlled between 180-220 r/min if grinding time is fairly long, particles get together, contrarily, grinding result is bad, good grinding result can be got when grinding time is controlled in 100-110 h; it can keep particles from getting together to make grinding result of ball grinder better when we select grinding balls whose radius difference were slightly large to cooperate under high rotating speed.
