摘要
在湿法球磨中通过加入高分子表面活性剂(PVA),不仅能起到助磨、防止颗粒团聚的作用,而且还使粉料颗粒形貌趋于近球形。依据Stocks沉降理论对金属钛粉和氧化铝粉分级,对分级后的钛和氧化铝粉进行颗粒级配,研究发现:当粗颗粒钛粉的粒径与细颗粒氧化铝粉的粒径之比大于3,且粗颗粒钛粉的体积分数为70%时,施以单轴向200MPa的压力干压成型,其坯体的致密度高达70.24%。
Not only are the particles favorable to being milled and prevented from agglomeration, but also does the particle's shape result to sphericity by adding to PVA in the wet milling.According to Stocks sedimentation theory, the separated titanium and alumina powder carried through graded match.The result shows that the green density reaches to 70.24%using dry press molding under uniaxial pressing at pressures of 200 MPa, when the ratio of diameter of coarse grain to fine grain exceeds 3 and the volume fraction of coarse grain is 70%.
