摘要
利用曼尼奇反应原理,制备了多胺基磷酸钠矿石助磨剂,采用红外光谱、差热分析等对合成的助剂进行了表征。此外,通过对不同天然矿石的助磨应用测试表明:合成的助磨剂有较好的助磨效果,且效果优于一般的工业助磨剂。
The multi-amidocyanogen sodium phosphate as grinding aid was synthesized.The prepared sample was characterized by IR, DTA analyses. In addition, the additive was added into the grinding slip of quartz, talcum and zircon. The results showed that the synthetic aid characterized as good ability for improving the grinding efficiency had better properties than the traditional grinding aid.
